TaylorSprings;
I have not had one but know one person who did have an exercise induced RHC. She was lying down and had to pedal a bicycle of sorts during the Catheterization.
Perhaps you could review this articles that tells how they are done.

Hello Carolyn, I’m glad your meds are working for you. I have the same trouble when I lift my arms over my head, lightheaded and short of breath. Same thing if I carry anything heavy or bend over, very lightheaded and short of breath. I was just diagnosed early this year. I will see my cardiologist on the 21st of this month and I have lots of questions. I hope all will go well with you.

I also have a ACPET scheduled soon. Since taking Adempas, three diuretics & Eliquis for my PAH for the last 7+ months my BNP has come down to normal range πŸŽ‰πŸ™βœ… & I feel my SOB'ness is better than before. However, when I lift, carry or use my arms over my head I can immediately get dizzy, nauseous & very SOB that can last for hours or days depending on the degree of exertion. Thus, my Advanced Cardiologist has recommended the RH Cath w/exercise. However, it's the exertion with my arms, not my legs that caused the symptoms.
So, I'm not sure if this test will be helpful if it just involves a treadmill.
Anyone else have these symptoms with your arms??? πŸ€”
