People In WHO Groups 2-5: Have You Tried To Edit Your Profile?

I am currently going through possible reclassification either to Group 2 or as an Overlap Syndrome with multiple groups. So I went into my profile to try to edit my Grouping and was surprised to see the drop down menu only allows for Group 1. After several communications with customer support, I received acknowledgement that the drop down menu where we select our groupings will be revisited though no time frame was given to me.

To edit your profile on MyHealthTeam, follow these steps:

1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner of the site
2. Under My Profile, select the relevant section you want to edit, such as 'my story' or 'my treatments'.
3. For editing your story:
- Go to the 'my story' page.
- Fill in the information in any or Show Full Answer

To edit your profile on MyHealthTeam, follow these steps:

1. Select the menu icon in the upper left corner of the site.
2. Under My Profile, select the relevant section you want to edit, such as 'my story' or 'my treatments'.
3. For editing your story:
- Go to the 'my story' page.
- Fill in the information in any or all of the sections.
- Be sure to select 'save' at the bottom to save your changes.

4. For adding/editing a treatment:
- Go to the 'my treatments' page.
- To add a treatment, type the name of the treatment in the box below 'My past treatments or therapies'.
- Enter your treatment dates, the effectiveness of the drug, and any side effects.
- To edit or remove a treatment, select the edit icon (pencil), make changes, and save, or select 'remove treatment'.

5. For editing your birthday:
- Select the menu icon in the upper left, then under My Profile click on 'my treatments'.
- Adjust your date of birth as needed.
- If you don't want your age to show, select the 'Please do not display my age on my profile' button.

Make sure to save any changes you make to ensure your profile is updated.
