I had a pressure of 70 I am on Tadlifil as well as O2 3L. I also take.opsumit and remodulin. Doing better since adding the remodulin but it is a hard road no matter which route you take. Be strong and courageous and find joy in the gifts around you! Take care!

According to the AHA, a pressure of 25 or greater is considered pulmonary hypertension. There is a push to treat PH earlier than later. When I was diagnosed in 2022 with PAH, my pressure was 36. I am currently on Tadalafil and Ambrisentan.

To better understand PAH and how it is treated I suggest going to www.pahinitiative.com. They have a wonderful video series about all things PAH.

When they did my RHC, my pressures were 40 and my doctor said that was very high. He said under 20 is normal. So I would think that is high!
