Ocala, FL

It’s been a while since I walked around the neighborhood, but noticed a slight difference from before. “Keep going felt a little modified”

I have 2 oximeters, one upstairs and one downstairs. I like to check before and after any activity. My pah is bad so alot of times I need to take a break and sit. This is when I check my levels. Currently on 8 liters 24/7 and at night I am on a non evasive ventilator to assure my carbon dioxide levels are in check. Had a close call last year. if you kids want details let me know. Not my favorite thing to relive but if you think it could help you just give a shout! Hope you are all doing well! xoxoxoxoxoxo

Hi Robert. Do you have a pulse oximeter to check your oxygen saturation during exercise? If it decreases when you walk it could make you feel fatigued.
