Find something you can enjoy that's not a fast pace. I hope to ceramics one afternoon a week. I get to socialize and do something I enjoy that doesn't have much exertion.

don't wait for drs to save you, they're more likely to wind up doing the opposite. find the cause. research and don't stop. don't give up on your body because it hasn't given up on you. power of positive thinking, affirmations, energy, good glutathione and peptides and dont let your body keep you down to where you can't move because thats when you're in for a long road.
