I just posted a picture of my tulips to test out how to post a picture.
In the box that asks how you are feeling today with the emoticons pictures, click on the camera and then browse where you have saved the picture, click on it and it should post. That is all I did and it posted my pic. Hope this is understandable!

I just screenshot it and edit it and save as a picture.

If you right click on the image, it should give you the options you have, like “save photo”, etc.

Normally you can go to share when different places pop up scroll past to other however this group isn't an option given you may have to screen shot as Angela suggested
