I Had A Stomach Bug Last Week, And Now My Heart Seems To Be Beating Irregularly Now. Will It Settle Down?

I have RA, PAH and lung nodules. Have been pretty well controlled but this bug has made me feel like I’ve been run over by a TRUCK! Anybody else in the same boat (truck?).
