I've never tried halotherapy. However, I have had to do saline nebulizer treatments from time to time to treat my asthma and bronchiectasis. It does help loosen secretions.

I have been reading about it and there seems to be some ancillary evidence that it can be helpful for those with multiple types of lung disease.

There are a few salt spas (one at the KC salt mines) that aren't too terribly far from me. I am thinking of trying them out. This is all very new to me and I am open to just about anything that will keep me active and breathing well! Exercise has been almost non-existant since my diagnosis and I'm ready to dust myself off and be proactive

I have been together a salt cave a couple if times. I enjoyed it, it's very relaxing. I even fell asleep, lol. This was more than a year before I had symptoms of PH. I've wondered about it now. Not sure I'd go because of having PH, maybe it's just me being nervous.
