The cold air aggravates my chest pain and breathing not to mention all the other aches and pains.

I moved. LOL I left New York mainly due to the humidity which was impacting a separate lung issue that I had, Luckily, Arizona is a very PH friendly state.

And 33 would feel like a heat wave here, -2 is our low and 17 our high with snow today, light snow big flakes, so it looks nice if you don't have to go out in it. I will make it to rehab at 10am then bundled up at home the rest of the day. Everyone stay warm and be careful. Prayers for you all!πŸ™β€οΈ

I looked up face coverings and scarfs and a wool blend is good, but I'm allergic to wool. πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« So not for me. Also a copper blend is mentioned. Copper is used in really cold climates to insulate face masks. Keeps the air warm as you breath. I may look into a copper blend scarf or neck scarf that you can pull up over your mouth and nose. Maybe that can help others if you need something more. 😊
