Yes that's what they call what I have is duonebs rather than have to deal with the long wording of ipatropium? And yes duonebs have both albutero and the ipo, and I have the albuterol to be used in between. I spaced out to call it duonebs.

I do the duo neb also. I try to alternate them both . Now just got myxopenex and a buspirone for when panic attacks come on quick.

Years ago when I used albuterol in my neb with ipatropium bromide and it felt like my heart would come out of my chest. My blood pressure skyrocketed. My primary switched me to xopenex and what a HUGE difference, I've used it since.

Wallie, ask your Dr about that, I'm pretty sure that duoneb has both albuterol and ipatropium bromide in it, not sure if you want that much albuterol at once. For me, albuterol in my neb when I need it every 4 hrs raises my BP quite a bit. I use xopenex and ipatropium bromide together in mine.
