Hi Susan, most people think of hypertension as just high blood pressure....
no problem, the doc will prescribe tablets... you'll be fine. They've no idea of the impact this has on our lives.... it makes it easier to forgive them. You can offer to forward a link to help them understand.....🙏🤗

Yes on the outside you look fine , but inside you are tried and want to rest. Maybe sit down with family and try to explain what PH is and how it affects you so they can understand that this is a progressive disease and taking care of yourself has to be #1. Tell them how medications make you feel. Take them to a doctor appointment and have the doctor explain to them what is happening.
