what was your number...having PH very likely means you heart is failing to some degree. My number has varied due to different meds they've been giving me etc and my case is also complicated with a connective tissue disorder. A high probnp number is not something you should get scared about but rather get it treated ASAP. Plenty of drugs to work on the heart and lung to make you stable and comfortable. Don't sit back and wait. Force you way in to see the pulmo and cardio docs and get going on your treatment. Call their offices everyday and ask if they have any cancellations to get you in there sooner. Doing nothing is not healthy. Good luck

George i had light case of heart failure gave some lasix and ok. Numbers only little elevated.

Don't let information freeze you in fear. You are your best advocate. Ask them to explain what's going on. I will pray for you as well.

Hi Geege, about 6 months ago when I had a BNP test it was very high 2,292. Dr started me on uptravi than 3 months later did another BNP and it wad 399. So meds will help. And I am sending prayers your way.🙏🏻❤️
