I have so much fog forgetfulness confusion and uncoordinated my ability to talk so yes alot of problems.

My memory is not the same
I forget alot these days. I keep asking the same question sometimes and its scarey.

I was told that there lack of oxygen will cause memory issues.

I have days of brain fog, what I call it. Just can't seem to get it together. I doubt it's ph or any other disease but lack of good sleep, over doing something the day before, medications, or just one of those days.

I don’t know if it’s getting older or PH or my meds but I forget a lot in the past 6 months. Things I knew are hard for me to recalll
