I am no longer on Adempas due to my being reclassified as Group 2 and not Group 1. But the only side effect I had on it was very unladylike belching.

Vanessa,
I take Adempas. It was the 3rd med prescribed for me. As far as side effects, If I remember it gave the same basic side effects as the other 2. I had a lot of leg achiness. Maybe if I remember a headache or 2, they would subside very quickly, but then the dose would be increased and the side effects would return for a week or 2. I felt that the achy legs and knees were because they were already in bad shape and the Adempas side effect settled in my achy legs and knees. I felt like my sinuses became even more congested than they already were from Amberstatin (Letaris).
I hope this helps. Perhaps you will hear from others on Adempas.

Hi Vanessa. I've been on Adempas for two years and I've had no side effects from it. Titration was no problem either. Best wishes
