Just like us, doctors are going to have different interpretations of what constitutes "wait and see" vs. when to order additional testing. If you are concerned about your results I would suggest getting a second opinion. The bottom line is that the only accurate way to diagnose PH is with a right heart catheterization. Many patients, including myself, will initially have both a right and left heart catheterization done to rule out other causes and assess the overall health of the heart.
