Nebulizing Pure Glutathione Powder. Can I Just Neb (the Glut.) In Distilled Water Or Is It Crucial To Add A Sodium Solution Etc?
I'm no authority but if it was me I would not be happy to aggravate my lungs to the point of it causing pain. That might, for example, cause inflammation in the lungs which would pretty certainly be counter productive. If it were me, I would ease back, be gentler and not go at it too aggressively.

He uses distilled water from the store at room temperature in his clean nebulizer. We resolve a little under 1/4 tsp (as 1/5 for 500mg is what the powder is dosed at) I think 1/4 would be more appropriate but he's easing into it.
Is it normal for his lungs to feel sore afterwards for the rest of the evening? He's taking it in deep since it's been explained that it needs to go deep into the lungs? Any recommendations? He really wants to give this a real effort but it's demotivating when his lungs are sore to do it at the frequency that is required to see results. Also how long of nebulizing did it take to see results for you?
Hi Lacey, I take it orally these days but have in the past nebulised it at 6oomg dissolved in sterile (even just boiled then cooled) water. I made a point of sterilising everything first by placing it in water from the cold tap(not hot tap water from a storage cylinder) and bringing it to at least 70deg C. I wanted to avoid actually introducing an infection in the process. As so little water was involved I didn't add any other salt.
