I use the Amara View full face mask. I find it comfortable. I breathe through my mouth often, so needed the full face mask.

The F30 full mask and pillow masks both have their own advantages. Here are some points to consider based on my knowledge base:

Full Face Masks (like F30):
- Coverage: Covers both the nose and mouth.
- Airflow: Provides a more comprehensive seal, which can be beneficial if you breathe through your mouth.
- Stability: May offer a more secure fit for some users.

Ultimately, the best choice depends on your personal comfort and breathing habits. It might be helpful to discuss with your healthcare provider to determine which mask suits your needs better.
