I was on Tyvaso and really thought it helped. I was in the hospital for atrial fib in August and my blood pressure went down to low and Dr took me off of it. Will speak with pulmonologist again in a few weeks. I really believed it helped me. I am on Uptravi and I think that to helps. I am on a very low dose though. Would like to titrate up, but my pulmonologist wants me to wait. Started Bosanten and had to stop due to increased shortness of breath. It is a learning curve . Uptravi side effects were difficult, but nothing I couldn’t handle, mainly body aches for about 6 hours a day. Those finally resolved. Also on Adempas . Only thing you can do is try the meds for a few weeks and see if they help. You can always stop them.
