Thanks for the information. I'm using I think they call it the pillow. I was anxious about something on my face but I also know that if what I have doesn't work for me I may have to change, So far (only 2 weeks) I'm getting good messages ie, mask fit good and last night 7 hours so I'm adjusting. Feel pretty good next day too.

So far my time has improved and machine says mask had good fit. I do think I sleep more soundly. I'm going to try to purchase some of what was suggested for dry nose and mouth. The machine has humidifier.

💯 agree with using Xylimelts. I do not use a CPAP but do get extremely dry mouth from Autoimmune issues. They are a life saver. I have been using them for several years.

Marjorie, I have been using mine about 4 months. At times I would remove it, as it does take some getting used to. Then I finally worked up to the 4 hours Medicare recommended time. I now can leave it on 5 to 6 hours. I've just changed to a new mask I think I'm going to like much better. It has the jel type head band. The other one would blow in my face, eyes making it uncomfortable. I use the humidifier due to dry mouth. Seems to help me. Just hang in there and hopefully it will help our lung pressures. Have a blessed week.
