Is Anyone Else Having Trouble Getting People's Icons To Pull Up Their Names?

By the time I look back up to see what their number is that goes with their names, I have forgotten what they said and can't respond. I have been on here 4 years and can't make it work now. Going to give up and go on to bed. 😞

Many community members shared frustrations about not being able to easily follow comment threads, locate previous responses, see who they are replying to, or find notifications, with some mentioning they have considered leaving or reduced their activity because of these challenges. A recurring theme was the hope that administrators would address these navigation issues, balanced with appreciation for the valuable information and supportive community that keeps members returning despite the technical frustrations.

I do agree, this isn't the easiest format to follow and I love hearing from everyone but I don't always get to see their response. I don't think A.I. is able to decide how we are feeling or what we need to see.

It is the most non user friendly site that I have ever tried to navigate. It needs to be simplified!

Same here. Phyllis 5. I guess I will have to go thru my team activity to see if that works better. Nobody is even talking now. I had 2 notifications tonight, and I can't get to the one easily to give a simple answer.

Well, maybe it’s not A.I., but navigating sure has become difficult. The only “new” thing I could figure out was AI, I’m certainly not sure of it’s capabilities, it just makes me wonder…
