Sounds as though you've only recently been diagnosed and don't yet have enough information to be 'staged'. Don't assume the worst case is inevitable, you may waste time and energy worrying about things that may never happen.

1. Denial: Struggling to accept the diagnosis
2. Anger: Frustration over the changes and losses PH brings.
3. Bargaining: Trying to live perfectly in hopes the condition improves.
4. Depression: Feeling sadness and Show Full Answer
