Yes! Alex4 is correct! I take an 800mg capsule of Tumeric daily for inflammation and it helps immensely! Eat smaller portions of fresh fruits and veggies and steam your meats in butter for yummy, delicious meals. Blessings!

As diet is so critical in reducing inflammation, the root cause of so many of our ailments including PH, it is frustrating that when you want to share research findings with others the links you post have a very short shelf life on here.
We would benefit from pooling our research references and sharing them and our anecdotal observations between ourselves.
Sadly there's no way to post to a 'look up' information bank.

Hi MelanieJRibocziTigner, I heard turmeric helps for inflammation but was told because of being on Blood thinners not to use it. I do eat fresh fruits and veggies as I have a big vegetable garden. I grill chicken and fish lot and have red meat not to often. But its nice to have some recipes to try. I bought a book called the complete ANTI- INFLAMMATORY DIET for beginners. I have made some of the recipes, some good... some not so good. Just thought if some one had something they loved it might be good to share. Never tried steaming meat with butter but I will try it. Enjoy your day ! ❤️
