I had.a severe headache and was feeling nausea, pain, extreme exhaustion, and upset stomach. I was on the sildenafil for at least four or five months. I explained the problems to my doctor, who changed it to tadalafil He explained that some people have those symptoms and no quality of life, but because the tadalafil has a slightly different formula, some patients do much better on it. He also stated that others have the exact symptoms vice versa, so he doesn't have a problem switching the one for the other. I hadn't had headaches for a while, but I have had a sinus infection lately. I believe it's getting much better now. I also had some kind of drainage from one of my ears. I guess that it may have helped the severity of my headaches after it ran. I'm using OTC earache drops and I believe they are helping some.
I'm so sorry, Julie, that you're going through this! Talk to your doctor about switching to the sildefil. I hope it helps you! ❤️❤️‼️

I have had sinus stuffiness since December after I started Sildenafil. It has not gone away. I have not had headaches. The mucus from the sindenal from sinuses is unlike any others as it is somewhat thick and slimy, greasy feeling. But it is clear. When I described it to pulmonologist he had not heard that. He gave me a round of antibiotics to be sure it was not sinus infection. It did not change it. The Ambrisenten caused it a little more. I think time has changed it a little from the beginning of PAH medicines. From what I’ve read the Opsumit can cause same effect. I have learned to live with it in hope the meds will make a difference.

I've been on Ambrisentan since January 2023. Overall, I've done well on it. I do still experience some flushing and nasal stuffiness. Sometimes when the nasal stuffiness is more prominent, I do experience what I'd consider a sinus headache.
