I am diagnosed with general anxiety disorder (GAD) and moderate to severe depression
I meditate, paint, and take Lexapro. I took Ativan for years. It seems to have given me some type of manic episodes if I missed doses. And I did. My ADHD makes me absent-mindedness, have difficulty focusing, and forgetfulness. I stopped taking it Ativan. I’m hoping to find something else that works. I’m trying Atarax now.
