I do! I do, however, have asthma too. Aside from my inhalers (Brevtri and albuterol) I am prescribed Levocetirizine (Xyzol) and Montelukast for allergies. I am also a firm believer in the power of the Neti pot and have been using one for almost 25 years. I use NeilMed saline packets with xylitol diluted in distilled water. I also use Flonase and Xlear nasal sprays as need.

Yes, many people with pulmonary hypertension (PH) report that seasonal allergies can exacerbate their breathing difficulties. Allergies can cause symptoms like a runny nose, itchy eyes, and sneezing, which can further complicate respiratory issues associated with PH. It's important to manage allergies effectively to avoid worsening PH symptoms. Avoiding allergens, using nasal corticosteroids like Claritin, Zyrtec, or Allegra, and consulting with a healthcare provider for appropriate treatments can be beneficial.
