I have not taken any of the ones you mentioned. Who is Teresa? The only one I have taken is the Sildenefil. I will be starting with the ambrisenten soon.

ChristineS, did you do the trial medication you were talking about several months ago? I'm still on the 1200 mcg of Uptravi. She said to stay at this dose since I had a time with the higher dose. On my third med, Teresa said I may not need it if the cpap helps me. ( I hate that mask ) I know I feel better on the meds. Adempas 2.5 and the Uptravi. I wish you the best when starting the Uptravi.

I was diagnosed with PAH in October 2022. Started Tadalafil November 2022, Ambrisentan December 2022. Although my symptoms weren't quite as severe as yours, I have greatly improved over time. In July at my next appointment my pulmonologist said we will discuss adding a third medication, Uptravi.
