Thankfully so far I do not have scleroderma 🙏🏻

I have scleroderma but my hands are not really tight, although a couple of fingers are getting thicker and a little harder to bend. I also have Reynauds and Sjogrens, connective tissue disorder and heart failure. Unfortunately, I don't know much about the skin getting tight like that but I would recommend you ask your doctor and in the meantime, it cannot hurt to moisturize and do hand exercises.

Not sure about Sclerderma if do it is Crest, I do have Reynauds and Sjrogrens! My body is a mess, but I try to stay strong and positive. I am currently using the Tyvaso treatment and the side effects are kicking my butt! Anyone else using the Tyvaso system? Thanks for your share Lady Bug 4 and others. Yes I have Raynauds, Limited Scleroderma. Along with everything else!
