Congratulations on joining the Adempas family. I was diagnosed with PAH and CTEPH, was accepted in the Accredo program and then started Adempas just after Christmas. Now ~ 7 weeks later I have titrated up to 2.0mg 3x/day, and I do feel it is helping. Nothing is totally consistent, but in general I have a little more endurance and less chest pain.

I’ve been on Adempas since 2016 and it’s been a life changing experience. I have CTEPH. Combined with PTE surgery, there were huge improvements. Good luck! May it work as well for you as it does for me.
