Here's a cut and paste from an email I received from a Janssen contact.

Anyone who has Medicare may qualify for Medicare prescription drug coverage (Medicare Part D). Some people with limited resources and income may also qualify for additional assistance with costs through a program called Extra Help, including monthly premiums, annual deductibles, and prescription co-payments related to a Medicare prescription drug plan. You can apply for Extra Help by using one of the methods below:

Apply online at www.ssa.gov/extrahelp
Call Social Security at (Phone number can only be seen by the question and answer creators) (TTY 1-800-325-0778) to apply over the phone or to request an application
Apply at your local Social Security office

Additionally, there are independent co-pay assistance foundations that may be able to provide you with financial assistance to lower your out-of-pocket medication costs if you meet their eligibility criteria. Here is a list of some foundations that may be able to assist you.

Your PH specialist should have potential resources. They may be aware of on-going drug trials that will cover the full cost of the medication if you meet the criteria. Even medications that are FDA approved already have post-approval trials to continue monitoring long-term affects. Also, the specialty pharmacy may be able to help you. I know how stressful trying to find co-pay assistance is. If I weren't able to get assistance from TAF, I don't know what I'd do. The co-pays for my two PAH medications is over $3000. Good luck!
