Tammy, I also have copd and my Dr put me on 3 inhalers. They are: 1. Breo Ellipta 200/25; 2.Spiriva Respimat 2.5 MCG and 3.Levabuterol 45 MCG. This one is a rescue inhaler and can be taken ever 4 hours as needed. These have been a life saver for me. You might want to talk with your pulmo Dr and see what he/she says about them. I've had PH_ copd and other lung problems since 2009. Never been in the hospital with this. I'm on o2 at night only! I feel great.

your lung dr should assess for this. if u get SOB easily maybe need O2
