I take 1000 micg twice a day. It is a challenge to titrate up to it. It has made a tremendous difference in my like. I can go grocery shopping go to a restaurant, swim. But the journey is rough. I still suffer with stomach issues and diarrhea but to get some normal days of happiness I'll keep fighting. I haven't went over the 1000 micg they are doing well and I'm trying to get comfortable before I try to go up again. Good luck!!! It gets easier. It does get rough before it get better but the results are amazing. I feel so blessed to have been given it.

Up tp 1000 0nce per day. On Plavix and that makes it a little stronger. Having trouble making red blood cells and just had a bone marrow biopsy, results take 3 weeks.

Working on 800 at his point, back pain, and off and on diarrhea, taking it slowing one day at a time.

Into 2nd week and doing okay, aches pains and strange things but don't seem to last. We'll see as I progress up the ladder. I pray it lowers my pressure. My blood pressure has not dropped since I've been on it, still taking all my other meds,I'm starting with only one Uptravi a day, 3 days on 400.
