Chest Pain
I know chest pain is a symptom many of you have with PH but how do you tell difference between chest pain related to your PH or from like heart burn or indigestion what does it feel like and where is it located I'm struggling to figure out if my chest pain is from heart burn or the PH my doctors tell me they can't really tell me because both can cause chest pain my heart is not failing yet just enlarged at this time
Yes I do I take gerd medicine but I never did see a gastroologist or anything though but the meds do not help me so that's why I was not sure if was heart burn it can happen at anytime not just after a meal or something
Sky “reflux” & PAH chest pain are different. Reflux is more central. Mine feels like something is lodged in my esophagus (chest/midline) & throat. As if I gulped something. Chest pain for my PAH is more a tight chest, painful to deep breathe, sharp pain under my shoulder blades. It is not always the same.
Everyone is different.
Are you taking any prescription medication for GERD, reflux, indigestion? I take Protonix daily, so I rarely get heartburn or reflux. I get occasional indigestion or heartburn in the evening after taking my Tadalafil. A couple of TUMS usually does the trick.

I Am Not Sure Why I Have Been Feeling So Nauseous And Having Shooting Pains In My Chest.
